```Job Overview```
Busy family owned body shop is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition from start to finish. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. We are a Direct Repair Shop for Insurance companies so the shop is always busy. We offer Flat Rate or Hourly pay options.

```Duties```
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Conduct welding and soldering tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in auto body repair, including knowledge of industry-standard techniques and tools
- Proficient in welding and soldering techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience with auto painting is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to assemble parts accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
